Prior to joining Blueshirt, Nicole spent almost 8 years working on the execution of IPOs and follow-on offerings as part of the Equity Syndicate desks of Jefferies and UBS. Irmina joined The Blueshirt Group in 2017, with 13 years of in-house investor relations and strategic communications experience in the Technology space. She was previously at Symantec, managing investor relations during the spinoff of VERITAS Technologies. Chris has more than 25 years of IPO and investor relations experience and has helped more than 100 companies go public. Prior to forming Blueshirt, Chris was a Principal at Morgen-Walke Associates, where he ran the West Coast office.
After graduating from Duke University, Chris spent two years working in Europe and Asia before joining Mallory Factor and The Equity Group in New York. Ellen leads Blueshirt’s recruiting efforts in investor relations and related corporate functions. Having managed investor relations programs for both public and pre-IPO technology companies earlier in her career, Ellen is well suited to understand the blended finance and communications skillset required to be successful in IR roles. Gary brings significant capital markets and media expertise to Blueshirt. Before joining Blueshirt from a competing IR firm, he had two decades of experience as a portfolio manager and analyst in the institutional investment management business. Prior to JMP, he held equity analyst positions at Passport Capital, Robert W.
Previously, he worked in the strategic marketing group at Applied Materials. Jeff has 20 years experience in PR and communications, specializing in helping technology companies refine their messaging and bring their stories to national business and financial media. Allise joined Blueshirt’s New York office in 2012. Prior to Blueshirt, Allise worked in the finance division of Goldman Sachs where she focused on providing valuation oversight for the Investment Management Division. Previously, she worked in the quantitative analytics group at Thomson Reuters, and as a public finance analyst at Citigroup. Monica brings more than fifteen years of Investor Relations and Wall Street experience to Blueshirt. She was previously Executive Director of Investor Relations at Time Warner.
Christine has more than 20 years of investor relations experience, representing companies across a broad range of industries, including consumer, media and software. Kim is an experienced PR practitioner who was a former Managing Director for Alexander Ogilvy PR’s San Francisco office and, more recently, a strategic communications consultant. Ryan brings nearly twenty years of experience in technology investment banking, capital markets and equity research to Blueshirt. Most recently, Ryan was a Managing Director and Senior Equity Analyst at Guggenheim Partners covering Enterprise IT and Software with a focus on Cybersecurity, Data Networking, and Infrastructure Software. Prior to Guggenheim, he worked at Pacific Crest Securities and Lazard Capital Markets.

The WSJ Best on the Street Survey awarded Ryan master stock picker of 2009 and master stock picker of 2010 within the Telecommunications Equipment sector. The Financial Times and Starmine awarded Ryan the top stock picker of 2009 and a top stock picker of 2010 within the Communications Equipment sector. Jennifer Jarman is a founding member of The Blueshirt Group and has 15 years’ experience developing and implementing comprehensive investor relations programs for companies in the Internet and digital media sectors. Prior to joining Blueshirt, she spent over two years in the technology group at Morgen-Walke Associates. Brinlea joined Blueshirt in October of 2001 in San Francisco, and transitioned to our New York office in 2003.

Lisa brings more than 20 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications and on Wall Street to Blueshirt.
Chelsea joined The Blueshirt Group in 2016. She brings over 6 years of in-house investor relations experience for companies in Retail, IT Services and Financial Services. Utilizing a blend of in-house and agency experience across B2B, B2C and B2B2C sectors, Katie is skilled at executing integrated campaigns across traditional, digital and social media to raise awareness and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders. She most recently served as MARCOM Director for end-to-end video platform provider, MobiTV. Leslie brings several years of communications and marketing experience to Blueshirt. Her previous experience includes business development for The Louis Berger Group, an infrastructure engineering firm, and clean tech financing consulting for Arup, a building design firm.
